Introduction

The iTD Agent Chatbot is designed to facilitate user requests related to travel, leave, and IT support. It is available through two main platforms:

  • Web Application: Accessible via iTD Agent Web Portal
  • Teams App: Integrated into Microsoft Teams for seamless request submission

Features

Web Application

  • Secure login access
  • Provides multiple request options:
    • Travel Request: Submit ESG or travel requests
    • Leave Request: Apply for leave
    • Discard Request: Cancel ongoing requests (excluding already submitted ones)
    • Support Request: Submit IT support tickets
    • Help List: View holidays and cancel requests
  • Request tracking and approval process

Teams App

  • Can be installed through Microsoft Teams
  • Submit travel, leave, and support requests directly
  • Approvers can manage requests via Teams, SharePoint, or email
  • Quick access to frequently used actions via prompts
iTD Agent Web Application

Integrations

  • SharePoint: Travel requests are stored and managed in SharePoint
  • Zoho Portal: Leave requests are handled through Zoho
  • Zendesk: IT support requests are submitted and managed in Zendesk
